I had a really great experience. The art I wanted framed was crumpled from being in a suitcase and was very oddly sized--the staff at The Frame Maker explained the options in a really clear way AND did a truly excellent job: the art is now perfectly flat and un-creased and the frame is gorgeous. The price was good too. I'll be bringing everything I need framed here.
