This place was a great atmosphere! Waitress was amazing and even came to our table to check on us and chat! Glad we went and will definatelly be back next time I'm in Toronto!
Too much drinking from the staff and very little attention given to the patrons or the place itself. More likely to find the bar tender drunk and dancing in the window than actually making drinks/serving people. Sad sad place and it's a shame because the location and the amount of seating is actually decent to bring a group but so poorly run and will never go back
The server was unnecessarily rude, so left. Would've stayed for food otherwise. I'd been here a few times prior, but I probably won't be going back anytime soon considering the service.
My first visit to this bar exceeded expectations. The atmosphere exudes a sense of community, making it a go-to spot in the neighborhood. The daily food specials are a highlight; I particularly enjoyed the Friday fish and chips deal. The portion sizes, like the generous six-piece chicken fingers, left me thoroughly satisfied. While the beer prices were slightly steep, the overall experience was positive, enhanced by the friendly hostess. Looking forward to returning soon.
I come here for Lise!!!!! She's one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and a great bartender. I visit her after work for a drink a few times a week and I always leave happy. Since the very first time I came in, she's always welcomed me with such warmth. Great music, and the exact atmosphere that I'm craving after a long day at work. Thank you Lise! ❤️
When you decide to give the place another try and your next experience is a 360. First, you're greeted when entering the establishment. The atmosphere was great. TV's to watch your sports or play a board game. Or if you're hungry, they have a menu. Christine is an excellent host/bartender. She totally changed my attitude toward this bar. I definitely will be a more frequent customer. Thank you for giving me a much better experience my second time around. Definitely, hospitality is at its finest.
Nice service.! Friendly woman on tap.! Cold beer.! Nice place.! 2024. I came back after 4 years and i m glad to see this place. I got beer and fish chips. All good as always.
