Very convenient location for me, and others that live in this area. Great service, friendly staff. The right pack sizes (they certainly know their clientele)

I normally don't do negative reviews but at this point I feel I would be doing a disservice to customers and would hate for others to go through this.... the arnacini balls at the prepared food section is absolutely horrible. It tastes like it has been frozen with freezer burn and then defrosted and served to the public. Not good at all. Save yourselves from feeling sick. Really!I also had a friend who ate from the olive bar there and was sick all night. When I heard that story I haven't been able to bring myself to get food from the olive bar since. I can see my instincts were right and now will think twice before getting pre-made food from there. Between those two experiences and smelling really bad body odour from someone working there today. Honestly when employees don't have good hygiene when working around food. Its absolutely gross. If someone isn't practicing simple hygiene on themselves there's a good chance they aren't handling food with the same expectations most have. I'm quite turned off and probably won't be going to this location again.

Good selection of grocery items. Location is great for those living near the condos in the Concord area. It is very, very pricey, much more so than grocers in Chinatown or big ones like NoFrills but you get quality, and it's the closest one near the condo areas. The staff are super friendly as well, helped me find items every time I went there.

Honestly the only reason to even bother shopping here is if you have no alternative. It is the only grocery store close to my place so unfortunately I'm very familiar with it. The selection is limited, the prices are insane even by city standards, and the quality of the meat, cheese and produce is often laughably bad. My theory on how they continue to operate despite all 9f the above is that they don't even need to try to improve because they know they're the neighborhood's only real option for groceries right now and people will continue to shop there regardless. In a nutshell, No Frills quality at Loblaws prices.

I love that this place is open all hours. I literally watched the last movie then went too Jack Astors for a late night beer special then went grocery shopping. Kind of unbelievable.
