Limited stock, and the staff being helpful is about 50/50 one lady just brushed me off and ignored my plea, but a kindly older gentleman was able to help me navigate what I might be searching for.

You need to hire more people in this location. Especially the bagel area. Poor lady was doing everything. She was very efficient, but she still only one person. You have a good thing going here, don't spoil it with under staffing it.

Thanks to Hasna. She is always with a smile and a good morning to all clients- I had left behind my cell phone and she knew it was mine when she recognized me on the screen- she takes the time to know all the regular clients

Today I walked in there for the first time and I was looking around for some breakfast and one worker (maybe a Manager of some kind) came up to me and told me I had to leave and couldn’t shop there anymore. I was like why and he told me that I was caught for shoplifting the last time I was there. I was stunned and appalled because they totally had the wrong person. I let him know that and he said that I had taken cold cuts and was dealt with security last time. I told him it wasn’t me and he quickly realized he had the wrong person. He apologized but it wasn’t really a sincere apology and walked away. He said that someone had pointed me out when I walked in as being this person they thought I was. I left without purchasing anything because all the workers were staring at me, it was humiliating. I will never be in that store again.

This shop needs to put in more effort into their soups and boxed sandwiches. They're unbelievably bland across the board and feel like they're using the cheapest possible ingredients.

I grabbed two granola yogurt in the morning on August 15 from this location - was in a rush thus didn’t ask for a receipt after tapping my card. My visa was later on charged a completely different amount vs. the amount that i saw when I tabbed my card. This has been by far the most ridiculous experience that I have ever had - make sure you request a receipt from this location and double check on the amount they charged you - as they might screw you up if you are too busy to check it yourself.

Great location for a small grocery store, featuring fresh produce great hot food tables soups sandwiches and more. Located in the path system close to go trains and subways. Pick up your groceries on the way home.
