I came here and bought a few things today. One item was left in an incorrect place, so I picked it up thinking it was a different price. When checking out, Mickole did NOT mention everything was final sale. As soon as I left the store, I checked my receipt and noticed the price was higher than I thought for one item. I went back to share my concern (not even 5 min after I bought the item) and was made to wait 10 minutes just for a manager to come out and tell me nothing could be done. There was also a random employee that had nothing to do with my experience come and join in the conversation with the manager, not professional at all. I just wanted to return the item that I found in a wrong location. Horrible experience and horrible customer service from the manager.
Very clean and organized store. Mickole was extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Thank you- I will be back again!
