Althea was BEYOND incredible! She helped us last minute get a perfectly fitted suit for a wedding- get it tailored, and, she even ran across the mall to find the perfect shoe (we needed those too)! All of this was happening within 10 minutes of closing. We had called ahead and she had set aside a couple of options based on a description and every option she had was perfect. She has a natural sense of how to pick items that fit the person in no time at all. She was able to find the perfect suit (and perfect shoe) for a person who generally hates shopping within no time. The fact that she could get a shoe from another store for us to try the suit with speaks to her character- and that every other store trusts her expertise as well. Ultimately we got the suit, the shoes, and a truly positive shopping experience which was not what we had expected! It was the best shopping experience we have ever had- so much so I had to write a review!
I have been a customer of Andrew’s for many years. I went today to have a look at the newly renovated store and make a few purchases. I must say the store looks very nice. However they had the music so loud with generational music and I left the store as fast as I could. Some classical radio music such as 96.3 FM at low volume would be much more appreciated to suit the sophisticated clientele.
I recently shopped at this store and got a great experience - the staff is very helpful and knolwdgeble - I bought a belt and very happy with my choice. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
Mimi, Darren, and the rest of the team at Andrews have always provided me with unparalleled service. From the moment I walk into the store I am greeted warmly and treated like family. Mimi is always extremely honest with me and I have never felt under any pressure to make a purchase. She consistently makes great suggestions and points things out to me that I might not have otherwise considered or thought to try on. Mimi and Darren have learned my taste over the years and already know to anticipate things that I will love! The entire Andrews team goes out of their way for customers and are always very solicitous. I have loved all my purchases over the years and love how well made, fashionable and timeless they are. They make me feel terrific and special!
Andrews is one of my favourite "go to" resources in Toronto for quality fashion. It's impossible to walk out of the store without at least one exciting new addition to my wardrobe (usually more than one!). Their broad range of beautiful offerings covers every day to special occasion options at price points on par for the brands they carry. I've always had great experiences with the staff - Soli and Althea at Bayview are both particularly delightful to work with - great eye for what works with my style and fit preferences, making keen suggestions that I might have otherwise missed, with no pushy sales pitch and so much fun! Stephanie has been equally enjoyable with online purchasing assistance of late. Thank you Andrews! Bottom line: highly recommended.
