Beautiful selection of clothing. We went here for formal dresses for a wedding (mother of the bride) and the service was excellent. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. This is my go-to spot for formal wear!!

I am an experienced shopper, I've shopped every high end boutiques from New York to Toronto and back again, having the world best customer experience, with a closet full of amazing pieces at a size 16. Today I was not only looking for myself, I was also on the look out for a gown for my maid of honour. I came in with the intentions of looking for a Bridal Shower dress , with multiple agendas in mind. I scanned the store, you asked what I was looking for and I stated agenda number 1. " A dress for my bridal shower" you continued letting me look and than you turned looked at me dead in the face and said " We don't have anything for you here- we don't have your size". Well Ms, you clearly have zero class, zero customers, and I now I know why your store stays stocked full of over- priced last season gowns- BECAUSE WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO SHOP WITH YOU. I walked away stating "that's fine because I can shop at Bergdorfs" with ease and I was polite. I could of told you that your outfit was atrocious, that you are an old hag and just a meek sales woman, selling expensive clothes to rich women who help you write your paycheque at the end of the week...not sure how you write a paycheque with 0 customers in sight, which is true...but I was polite...unlike you. FOR my friends and people of Toronto beware of this store unless your a size 0 they do not have clothes for you or available hands assist you. At the end of the day, they do not need customers...that would only help pay your salary Ms. Christian- word of mouth is everything
