I love this store. There's always something I like in this store. Theres a great variety. Some pices are teenager type and some are suitable for someone like me who's 53. I started shopping here when I was 21 and they are still around.
The employee (I'm pretty sure the manager) was very rude at checkout. Nothing else to say about this, other than let the reviews speak for themselves. 2/10. Would not shop again.
I bought a necklace from here that broke not even 10 minutes after leaving the store. Wild how low quality their products are. No wonder they have a no refund policy, it's because they know what they're selling won't last.
I just received an online order from Risqué today. The clothes and bags were packed with care. They wrote a thank you card which was very thoughtful! I wish I lived closer to their boutique. Whenever I’m in Toronto I always try to make it to their boutique.
Just visited this store for the first time and absolutely loved it. The type of clothing they have is very classic, and they have great wardrobe basics. Fantastic customer service as well. Thank you to Alex for your help, style recommendations, and kindness!
I bought a pair of pants and they ripped within a month. The owner of the store said no to an exchange and return. The high prices at this store don't reflect the quality or customer service. Looking at past reviews, this has happened a few times already.
I really dislike how the mirror is outside the dressing rooms. I went to try something on and had to step out to show my husband, as soon as I opened the curtain all 3 or 4 staff in the store turned and looked at me. It was extremely intimidating and I did feel judged. There was also this girl waiting just outside the changeroom curtains for customers to step out, to see how you liked it/if you need a diff size or something. She kind of stands behind you and watches you look in the mirror. She was really nice, but I really didn't enjoy the experience of not being able to try clothes on, alone, within my own comfort zone, determining whether I like how the clothes look on me. The styles were cute but I'll never come back. You have like 2 or 3 changerooms, it would be so easy to put a mirror in each one.
