I’m extremely disappointed with the alteration service I received. I was charged $65 for the repair of a post-surgical compression garment, and the result was unacceptable. First, the stitching was done with low-quality thread that is completely inappropriate for this type of garment. Even worse, the seams were placed right in the middle of the garment in a way that is both visibly unprofessional and functionally uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, discreet, and professional repair. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that. I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for quality workmanship or attention to detail.

Very bad quality for alterations. I came to pick up my vest alterations in August 2024, only to find it ruined! The stitching and cutting were outsourced and poorly done, with a crooked zipper that won’t zip properly. The owner admitted to doing some of the work herself but blamed most of it on her “team.” I’ve already filed a complaint against this company. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Natalia at ND STUDIO is the BEST! When, 3 weeks before my daughter's wedding, the designer who was making my dress fell through, I was in a panic! I scoured the internet for dressmakers who would make me a dress in time, and everyone was so haughty with me, and refused. Natalia welcomed me with open arms, worked with me to create a design, and made the most BEAUTIFUL dress inside of 2 weeks! I was THRILLED. At the last minute when I realized I didn't have a shawl to match the dress, she found the PERFECT one in her shop. I was SO grateful. I recommend Natalia to everyone. She ROCKS!
I cannot stress this enough. THIS IS THE BEST TAILOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I have a beautiful old mink fur coat that started ripping at a bunch of different seam points. I brought it in to have it tailored but the skin was so old and Natalia showed me how the needle was ripping at the skin. She said it was no problem though because she would apply some agent on the underside of the skin and when it hardened she would sew it. The best care for such a delicate piece! Under the armpit on one side it was too far gone and she even sewed in another piece that blends in seamlessly. If you have clothes that need to be well taken care of this is the place to have it done. AND I ended up spending less than I thought I'd have to. Truly a gem.
