Marielle at the Honey store was absolutely amazing today! She helped me pick out the perfect outfit and was so kind, patient, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the whole process. She really went above and beyond to understand my style and make sure I felt confident in what I chose. The store itself has such cute winter sweaters this season - I picked few and I’m obsessed! Overall, such a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! ️

The quality of dresses they have is very bad. For a dress i bought for 170$, the chain broke only after wearing the dress once. When I brought this to their attention they refused to give a refund or store credit. I could only exchange it for another dress which I hope lasts. They are scammers, avoid at all cost.
I was in desperate need of a dress for my cousin’s wedding, and Lena, the store manager at Honey ( Eaton Centre), was amazing! She took the time to pull multiple options and really helped me find what looked and felt best. I ended up finding the perfect dress, plus an undergarment and a faux fur piece that’ll be perfect for the occasion. Lena was so sweet, attentive, and honest!! Her customer service went above and beyond. I went in for one dress and left with three great items. I’ll definitely be back thanks to her!
The clothes are lovely and attractive, but their material is really cheap. Also, they have no variety of size choices; even large is more like a medium small? If you are a curvier girl, you will struggle to find anything and will get fat shaming stares by the employees.
Very friendly staff and gorgeous wide selections of women's dress. Aliza, Zach and the Asian girl with long black hair and black satin dress was very helpful. I bought two lovely dress on June 4, 2022. A lot of ladies shop here.
