This is a nice little shop with some good pieces. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with a sales associate today while shopping for jeans. As a plus sized young women, I left feeling worse about my body than when I entered. This is not a size (or financially) friendly or inclusive store. The associate immediately tried to upsell me from $100 to $260 pants and when I tried to explain my body and sizing concerns, she brushed me off and said I would be "smaller" than I thought. She proceeded to bring me a half dozen or so jeans to try on. Only one ended up fitting me and I wasn't a fan. She immediately said "well, you wanted straight leg, so.." like it was someone's fault. The best part was the entire time this sales associate was shopping for herself and trying to serve me, too. Ultimately, I felt overwhelmed and ashamed about my body and told the associate I didn't want to try on pants anymore. She went from being friendly to ice cold. It felt bullied. Not only did I leave feeling ashamed about my body (after asking her to size me correctly), but I was also treated poorly when I expressed my financial boundaries to her. I know my body best, not her, and she completely negated my concerns in favour for her own personal style. What's more, I felt pressured into buying something I didn't want or like. I, unfortunately, will not try to shop here anymore as the quality of clothes and service has truly decreased over the years. Size inclusivity proved to be an issue, too. I might have been persuaded to spend the extra cash if I was given pants that actually fit me.
Terrible customer service. We were actually asked to move away from and gently shoved aside from the mirror while trying clothes on to make room for another, obviously more "important" customer. A $300 dress obviously doesn't include service in the price.

I've bought a number of dresses here, surprisingly high quality and excellent taste for whoever is placing the orders in this wonderful little European-feel like shop. Thank you! So hard to buy a dress that's feminine and compliments woman's body these days... they all look the same and are ugly in other places such as Winners... thanks, grateful!!!
I live 50 miles away. I also wear a leg brace which restricts what I can wear. I needed a basic black pant. Because I couldn’t visit the store, my extraordinary experience began. The staff were sensitive, knowledgeable and ever professional - Erietta is a select boutique and a real GIFT!
Jessie (sp?) was so friendly and helpful in finding me a dress. I really appreciated her honest feedback while I was trying dresses on. She wasn't pushy at all and quickly felt more like a friend than a sales person. She was also super knowledgeable about the designers and gave me some background about them which personalized the sale of buying local. I will be back! :)
