Don’t buy from here because the fabric quality is bad and despite being defective, the store will not follow their store policy to refund defective items. I was told that nothing can be done in regard to an exchange or store credit because the pilling “is not that bad” and that the pilling after 1 wear is “normal”. I was advised to “shave” the bumps off the dress and that pilling for cotton fabric is normal (there is not even any cotton in this dress so the associate does not know anything about fabric or fashion!). The store associate said that she saw worse pilling from clothes from Zara and H&M so she can’t do anything. I don’t shop from those other stores the associate mentioned so I don’t have a comparison but I know that it’s not normal to see this kind of pilling unless the fabric is of poor quality or defective. Dress was purchased for $149.99 before tax without any sale or discount.
26 April I purchased a Gift cards $300 online for delivery 1may for our daughter’s birthday 3May. No sign of the delivery on1may so i emailed to be told ‘don’t worry’ they can see the purchase was completed successfully but the gift card codes did not issue. But they say ‘ don’t worry’ it is now 1may and still no sign of the gift card for our daughter’s birthday. Never again. bad systems and very bad service , it’s definitely a con.
I felt disrespected due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, which included impolite demeanor, visible frustration, and even eye-rolling. When I intended to purchase two items and requested new, unworn pieces from the staff, my request was immediately refused. One garment had visible stains, and instead of offering a replacement, the staff simply sprayed it with a cleaning solution.
I was genuinely appreciative to Seheran for her help at this Ever New, she helped me with a return and to find a gorgeous dress for an event. She was so kind, professional, and had great attention to detail. She gives good advice and was a gem throughout!
Very unflexible return policy, don't buy unless you are 100% sure. I ve been recommended to contact customer service at the website, but they didn’t even reply to me. I got auto generated email 2 weeks ago and silence since then. They won't refund or make any exception.
Terrible store. I bought a dress that was damaged on the back, which I didn't notice at first. I decided to return it since it cost around $200. I was told to call a hotline that doesn’t answer, and I also wrote an email, but they didn’t respond either. Never buy dresses there!"
Purchased a dress here every thing was great!! Untill the day after I purchased the dress I noticed that they never removed the security tag! I had already left Toronto when I arrived home i called the store explaining they had made a mistake. She told me to drive 3 hours to the store for them to remove the tag. I said no i wont be doing that you need to resolve this issue the woman implied that i had stolen the dress. And was not helpful for HER mistake. (the woman who helped me by the dress was the one on the phone).
