The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Especially Gaynor who was very helpful and caring to me on my first visit to the Eglinton store. She is a great asset to the company. Thanks again Gaynor.
The place was very organized and cleaned and follow Covid-19 guideline. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience and a great place to shop!
Be careful their store return policy. If the tag off, even you never wear it and bring the tag with you , store manager has to approve. store manager came to work two hours late. I waited 1.5 hours and left without return it. I have to go back again. The manager even did not apologize. Horrible management
