I recently visited the store this week on Tuesday after 8 pm to exchange an online order for a spring jacket that I wanted in another colour but the manager on duty checked the colour online and told me that’s it’s available but she couldn’t honour the same price that I paid online and therefore if I want that jacket in another colour I had to pay the difference !This really took me by surprise as I have been shopping with reitmans for last 3 years and never ever I faced this kind of concern . I was totally dissapointed with such poor customer service ! I was in a rush that day so I left and called the other location for exchange next day and as expected they delivered excellent customer service and happily placed a store order for me ! its really surprising to see such contrasting level of customer service at two different locations . Going forward I am never going to shop at this location ever .

Reitmans is one of my favourite places to shop for women’s clothing. Very affordable, fashionable & their refund policy is amazing! This company has been around since I was a kid & I hope that they continue to evolve throughout the retail & fashion industry
