Just wanted to give a massive thank you to the employee who suggested for me to get shimano zee cranks for my odd sized bike build. Absolutely saved my evening, made it possible for me to ride home that day instead of walking. Absolute goat, these guys know their stuff. My bike rides fantastic now.

Harrison took my bike order and Kevin took care of my bike with conscientious care. Turn around time overextended unexpectedly due to a missing part that needed to be shipped in, but status updates, reasonable pricing, service and friendliness made up for it! August 26, 2025 I want to express my sincerest appreciation to Harrison for assisting in solving my Pinhead lock system on our bike. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and managed to offer a solution that worked out perfectly. It was quite the problem until I brought the bike to Bikes On Wheels and spoke with Harrison who then provided a solution. I would absolutely recommend this bike shop and specifically Harrison in dealing with either purchasing or servicing your bike. I've had a few great customer service experiences over the last month with different staff members when I have brought in my single speed I bought there a few years ago for some upgrades. Guys are always very helpful and genuinely nice people.
