Great shop! Gordon is great, generous with his time and very helpful and knowledgable. I tried out 4 bikes including two Surlys which I originally thought I would get one of, but landed on a Marin Nicasio+ which was a better fit and feel. Thanks Gordon! Will definitely bring the bike here for service and any future bike upgrades and purchases for the family.

Had a great experience buying a new bike to truck around my toddler. Marvel took his time showing me a bunch of options and letting me take them out for 6 or 7 test rides, and even making adjustments to the bikes to help me figure out which bike was the best choice for me. I probably spent an hour at the shop going over options and couldn't be happier with the result. I've been back to the shop several times since buying the bike as I've been setting it up and installing all the peripherals, and the team has been incredible.
