Most overpriced place with unethical people, especially that one’s working at the desk. Brought my bike for service and was told to replace items that really did not need replacing. Explained that I would deal with items another time. I arrived home after the service, realized that I requested a hydraulic brake pad replacement and flush. Pads were installed but flush was never done. SCAM!
Beautiful Cycling shop. The store is filled with first class bikes and accessories. Lots of European brands and hard to get products. Came in for some bike parts and I came out with a smile. Staff and management were incredibly helpful and nice. No hard sales just perfect service. Will be back.
Found the last specific model of Devinci hatchet in size I needed and was looking for at this store and bonus is store had bikes on sale including one I ended up getting!? Staff at this store are all riders and know their stuff when it comes to fitment and sizing and way more. If you like racing style bikes specifically. This store has amazing choices and brands covered. Not to mention some cool classics in store and drool worthy colors to choose from on display floor too. I got my first full carbon bike and rode it home. All the staff helped out at different stages of my purchase over phone and in person. If your serious. check out LA Bicicletta. You'll be happy you visited even if just browsing your dream bike. Very happy with my new Devinci Carbon Hatchet Apex 11S in Portal Blue. Thank you for being humble and great team. It's been a few years since my last visit to La Bicicletta, people are still nice, their stock is even bigger and better. Henry had their mechanic helping me to remove a crank bolt from my Cramerotti frame, and David casually dropped some background information about the brand and history of my bike. Nice people, professional services.
Edit Aug 2025: I had my bike serviced here and, unfortunately, I wasn’t thrilled. After a $600 tune-up, it was still very much out of tune. I brought it back and they looked at it right away, but the gears are still skipping. I paid for the $150 tune-up along with new cables and brake pads, but the tires weren’t even pumped up and the rotor was left dirty. There’s a lot to love about this shop, but I’ll be taking my bike elsewhere for service next time. Old review: Love this shop. Great customer service. The person who helped me had great advice and offered a nice balance of attentiveness and leaving me to explore on my own. Also a gorgeous shop. They gave my companion coffee while we shopped.
I went to the store with a Elite Direto XR trainer that I didn't purchase there and a bike I did not purchase there. I asked the gentlemen with the Italian accent for help in showing me how to set it up properly and he took his time, explaining everything, making sure I knew what to do when I got home, how to connect and use the smart trainer with the Elite APP as well as with other training apps like Zwift. What I thought was going to be a 10 minute interaction this gentlemen spent close to 45 min with me and I totally appreciate and am very thankful for his time. I left knowing exactly what to do thanks to this Gentleman. I cannot recommend this store or this employee enough. 10 STARS**********
