Had a great experience here and will definitely be back for any bike shop needs. I brought my bike in for servicing after a failed DIY attempt. The bike rides great now and I found the cost to be very reasonable for the quality of work.
A fantastic local spot to go grab a great bike, gear, or service. I’ve had a Mountain bike for a while, and wasn’t really riding trails. I went into oxygen knowing nothing about hybrid bikes. Shawn was great, showed me the right bikes for what I was looking for, and even ordered in the one I wanted. He made the process easy from start to finish and I was super pumped to go grab my new bike when it came in yesterday. I highly recommend oxygen !
They got that small shop vibe with big shop support. Showed me different options and summarized specs. Chris and Shawn both helped with fitment and suggestions. I went to 6 different bike shops that week and they had the best service so i ordered my new bike thru them. ALWAYS SUPPORT LOCAL Immediately brought it out to trails?
Thanks to Chris today for the great help on a new bike. Chris is extremely friendly, answering all my questions and taking the time to explain the new bike. He gave me great insight on the bike, how to maintain, fitted it well. No pressure on the sale at all. Highly recommend the store and the service. Also was a fantastic deal on the bike. Great LBS.
First time visitor today. Great customer service! I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. I was treated professionally and with kindness. They had the opportunity to charge me for something small, but they didn't nickel-and-dime me. They have gained my trust, and Oxygen Bike co. will be my go-to bike place in the future.
After looking for a bike from the bigger stores where customer service is non existent I was pleasantly surprised coming here. Even though they were busy Shawn made the time and helped me, I wasn’t looking for a competitive bike, heck it was just an entry level bike which was a lot better quality than offered at other stores. I am happy with the bike and service, so much so, we returned and bought a second bike. Anyone looking for good service and knowledgeable people I cannot recommend this store enough
Used to be one of my go to bike shops until I got turned away recently. Way to treat returning customers - going forward I will be limiting my shopping at this store to only when I am desperately in need of items I can’t find elsewhere (just like how they would only service me when they were desperate for customers), definitely no more repairs or servicing. Also take a look at the owners responses to negative reviews. He never takes any responsibility for any concerns instead he always shifts the blame to the person writing the review. Cleary he has never made a mistake in his life, he doesn’t know how to apologize because he’s obviously never needed to. Self awareness at this shop is severely lacking. Bad culture stemming from the top.
