Unreal service! Order the bike last night at 8pm. Was emailed at 8am today asking if he could arrange a delivery mid-day. Receiver the bike ready to ride in less than 24hrs. David from Popawheelie provided unreal customer service and I’m super happy with my fat bike purchase and who I bought it from!

This is an awesome bike shop - sensational service and range of bike products. Needed a new back tire and these guys were able to do the work right away. A coffee and scone later, job done.
We brought our son's bike in to Pop a Wheelie for a chain issue. They ended up doing a much more extensive tune up to the bike to address other things we didn't realize needed to be fixed and they didn't even charge us for it. They were so quick, friendly, and easy to work with. We really appreciated the help and would recommend them for any type of bike assistance!
Brought my bike in for service they were able to complete earlier than expected and no surprises. Bike operates well but keep having issues with the back brakes (disk brakes). They did adjust again when asked to reviews again
I want to say I had a bad experience coming here just once, but after communicating with the owner and him doing over the top help to ensure I am now satisfied. David was very polite and kind about everything giving me a replacement tire for the tire that was originally way too big for my bike. Thank you guys for the help and making this a very good and easy fix problem. I came to pop-a-wheelie originally for the reviews they had, after a miscommunication and now corrected, I see why they hold 4.8 stars.
I would actually like to give this store less than zero seeing that we (my wife and I) could not even make it into the store, we were about to entre when an employee rushed to the door and insisted on talking to us on the side walk, at first we assumed this was because of COVID but that was quickly disproven by an older lady when the employee moved out of the way for her and stopped speaking to us mid-sentence to speak to the other lady. Not sure if his actions were directly intended to be discriminatory, but the optics of the situation were two people of colour were prevented from entering the store only to be dismissed for a Caucasian costumer who didn’t even need his help. Poppa Wheelie please be kind enough place a ‘Whites Only’ poster on your doors so people of colour that live the neighbour hood (yes there are people of colour that live in Bloor West and High Park areas) don’t waste their time and go into a business that appreciates costumers.
