I bought a giant revolt gravel bike from chain reaction.. from start to finish there team was amazing.. highly recommend for your next bike purchase...Thanks guys

Melanie served us and Joel absolutely slayed the pizza! We had such an amazing time—six friends, four pizzas, great wine. Nothing else on our ride down the KVT even came close. Highly recommend!

Go see the GODFATHER in the GTA of Bicycle knowledge and sales Mr. Bill !!! He used to bike across lake Simcoe in the winter ! OMG ! I have been purchasing bicycles from this store since 1989. They know bicycles better than anyone in the GTA. They are real bike people. I trust any advice they give because their staff has been consistent over the many years. If you buy anything from this store you will be happy with the experience. I recently bought a SALSA Rangefinder MTB incredible quality for the money. Again thank you Bill, Jason, and Jano Leslie. etc..

If you ever need something done to your bike or if you need any parts I suggest you give these guys a shot. Excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are also very accommodating to the customer's needs. Yesterday I came by because I needed a new chain installed and because I live far away from the shop it was going to be hard for me to drop off the bike and come back at a later date. I explained the situation to one of the guys and they were able to replace the chain within 5 minutes. Also the mechanics are very knowledgeable. I have not bought any bikes for myself here, but some of my family members have and they have nothing but good things to say about this shop. Highly recommended!!!

If you don't have or want a high-end bike, don't bother. They offered to fix a $300 beater/beach bike for $250. I would describe them as aloof, arrogant and lacking common sense.

Staff was pushy, and to be honest rude and mean-spirited. I bought my bike there for a half decent price of sale, which is one redeeming quality of the place. However, everything after that was terrible. If your not spending $5000+ on a bike, don't bother getting any smiles or greetings from the staff. The salespeople and cashiers are there and super friendly, and sing of roses, then the moment they hand the reciept, your screwed. The 2 years "free service" is a mixed thing. I have heard horror stories of people being pushed into buying a new chain, and other components, when they didn't need to at all from another store. Moreso, the actual service aspect isn't even that good. They do a look over, but not a full service, such as lubing the chain and pedals. If you don't know much about biking, stay away, as they will shark you for the sale. One good thing about it is that there is one or two staff there who are really, truly, there for you. One guy in the back answered any questions I had and even pumped up my tire and alligned my wheels when I walked in some day because of a weird noise. He was honestly helpful and is truly the only reason I ever consider going back there. Price wise, if it's not >30% off, buy it somewhere else. I saw pedals there for 30 freaking dollars more than 2 other bike shops down the road, and when I asked about it, the guy at the desk went quiet and said that "Well the service for the installation is included." $30 for a task that other places do for free, that takes 10 minutes? I'll pass. This is a place to stay away from. There are a one or two good people, and the prices are occasionally good, but apart from that, take your business elsewhere.

They were helpful in helping pick out the right bike at the right price, and offered a 2 year warranty. When I had an issue with one of the parts of the bike, they told me it wasn't covered under the warranty, and that I'd need to buy a replacement part. so TL;DR: great bikes, great prices, assume warranty doesn't exist

Thanks Bryan! We are so glad we could get you back on your bike quickly. At this time of year we usually have around 120 repair appointments scheduled, but as luck had it there was a cancellation the day you dropped by.
