As I live near the Cycle Solution location, I always buy cycling items from there. This evening, I went to buy a bike tube but accidentally bought the wrong one. When I returned, they happily exchanged it for the correct item. The staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I shop there. Thank you.
My first “nice” bike was built here and it’s been a gateway to endless fun. Kale and his team are more helpful and genuine than any other shop I’ve experienced. Very grateful to have them close by.
Brought in my bike because my chain kept mysteriously jumping. They were able to find the issue, fix it, and test it within 24 hours! Will definitely be returning whenever I have bike problems. Super knowledgeable and friendly!

I've been buying and getting bikes serviced at Cycle Solutions for several years now. I was in there again today for a minor repair. As always, fantastic and knowledgeable service!
Highly recommended. These guys go out of their way to deliver a great experience. They never talk down to you and they take a real interest in whatever kind of riding you do. There is real strength in having a neighbourhood bike shop where the owner has been there for over two decades and there is lots of continuity with staffing. Kale and Scott are great and Devon is an awesome mechanic (sorry, I don't know the names of the other mechanics).
Dishonest service! I went in to fix my pedal and brakes, and they broke my tube and tried to charge me extra to fix it. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Very bad business practice
