Went there to find a replacement brake anchor bolt and they gave me one for free and even then gave me their full attention. Amazing customer service, would never go to a box store for my biking needs anymore.
Charged me $22.80 for 20 seconds of labour to remove pedals. I should have asked before what the cost would be. When challenged, they offered to re-attach the pedals. Will let people decide whether they think this is a fair price or not…
Greg at the Queens Quay location has helped me several times when I've dropped in with urgent issues. He is a very knowledgeable and kind technician, generous and prompt with both fixing the issue and educating me which I really appreciate as a year round cyclist. Highly recommended.
What a fantastic bike shop! I rolled in with a flat (back) tire and with the help of Ronnie the Bike tech I was paying at the cash and rolling out of the shop with a replaced and filled bike tire in under 10 Mins. This is a service level I have never come across in 3 decades of riding bike. Well Done Dream Cyclery Team!
These guys were awesome. I blew out my back brake (I thought), turns out my rear axle was broken. Thought it was going to like a day to fix, but these guys saw that I was "desperate", and needed to pick up my daughter from camp. They fixed it super quick and realigned what needed to be done, super professional, super friendly and great prices too. When you are down near Queen's Quay or anywhere Downtown, head here...
They basically ripped me off. Charged me $56 to "tighten" the brakes on my E-bike, which remained tight for a 2 whole days. Wouldn't recommend anything from this store.
I've been to this shop quite a few times and the service has always been great. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I came in today looking for a couple of small clips for a rack. They don't sell them but the fellow have me a couple for free. How nice is that?
