I’ve been to Gears a few times now and always leave with new bike knowledge and a wonderful experience. The team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and consistently delivers excellent service. Gears is easily my go-to shop. Most recently, I popped in to get a tire fixed and was out in about 10 minutes with no appointment. Allan not only fixed the tire quickly but also gave me helpful tips about my chain that I never knew. I'm feeling grateful to have such a welcoming, knowledgeable shop nearby and will happily keep coming back for all my bike needs!

I don’t know where to begin! The most caring, genuine, honest people work here. I brought my bike in after my wheels were stolen and everyone was so gracious, kind, and understanding while I cried in the store over the loss. They proceeded to go the extra mile to see that my bike got repaired and my wheels replaced in the most efficient and cost-effective way. I am so grateful to the entire team at Gears. Incredible, trustworthy service.

Oh my!! The theft in Toronto is disheartening. We see it too often. You handled it very well and were patient while we collected all your replacement parts. The staff at Gears are truly amazing. Everyone was helpful and even went above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. If anyone needs to get their ebike or mountain bike or whatever bike repaired please look no further and come directly to Gears. Well knowledgeable workers that’ll be able fix the problems you are having with your bikes. In the service department, I was grateful enough to connect with Mike which is a superb excellent worker that knows what he doing for fixing ebikes and bikes and what not. I continue to come back to this location if I ever have a problem with my ebike because the customer service is 5 star excellent and everything is reasonable priced and I always receive tremendous amount of respect as a customer. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT GEARS!
