So happy. My Kona bike rides like the wind now. Well worth the repairs and the customer service outstanding, turning it over in just over 24 hours. Thank you!

Very disappointing experience. And overcharging…. I don’t usually write reviews, but after two visits to this shop, I felt the need to share my experience feeling taken advantage of. On my first visit, I had a flat tire. The mechanic replaced the inner tube in about 5 minutes and charged me $30 for labor and $5 for the tube — $35 total. It felt a bit expensive for such a quick fix, but he gave me some friendly advice about future adjustments, and I appreciated that. I even left a tip, thinking he was being helpful. Less than a month later, I came back because the other tire went flat and my seat broke. I ended up being charged: • $40 for a new tire • $5 for another inner tube • $45 for a new seat • $5 for a small seat part • $30 for labor That should’ve come to $125 before tax, and around $140 after the 13% HST — but I was charged $152. I didn’t realize until I got home and did the math . No recipe or detailed breakdown given either. What bothers me most is that during the first visit, he clearly knew my bike have things to adjust , Why not suggest checking or replacing everything at once? Instead, he told me “no rush” and that the other parts “should be fine for now.” But now I’ve been back twice in less than a month, spent nearly $200 total, and he’s already suggesting I’ll need to replace the other tire soon — meaning yet another trip and another $30 labor fee. At this point, I’ve spent nearly $200 at this shop, and my bike still isn’t fully fixed. Honestly, I could’ve put that money toward buying a brand new bike — one that wouldn’t keep breaking down piece by piece. It feels like he chose not to tell me the full picture upfront so that I’d keep coming back and paying more each time. The fixes were quick and easy for him, but still came with full labor charges. There was no offer of a bundle, discount, or even just helpful long-term advice. I came back because I trusted his judgment, but now I feel like I was just seen as a way to make money. I expected honesty and support — especially as someone who doesn’t know much about bikes — but walked away feeling misled and overcharged.

Quick and friendly service for a flat tire. Love the cat Melon that helps out around the shop. Will certainly be visiting again for a tune up! Thanks for being open in the market and for offering fair prices!

I brought in my bike as it was in pretty rough shape and the staff were super helpful in diagnosing the issue, attempting to fix, providing information on possible replacements and helping my decide next steps. I am super happy with how much time they spent on my bike, would definitely come back :)

This place is the SPOT! I popped my tire came in bought a new one popped it again same day and they took lead and took care of the whole set up, super down to earth new age and coney

Very nice service that they offer. Chase is super approachable, if you have any question with your bike he will give you great advice and options. Price is reasonable, turnaround time is short, and the quality of the work is great. The shop is neat and clean so you can expect your bike is treated the same way when it gets tuned-up.

New location is great - much more room to walk around and look at products/bikes/frames. Reasonable turnaround times for tuneups during this busy season. Helped me remove a seat post that was seized and did a nice tune up - bikes riding smooth.
