Rode my bicycle from the West end to the East end, and a loose chain started to detach. Fortunately, I was in the vicinity of Velotique and walked the bike over. Technician did a quick fix, right then and there, free of charge! I was back on the road in no time. Velotique is an amazing shop, with top-notch customer service. Thank you!
Had a flat rear tire at Woodbine Park, found this place nearby, walked in and they were able to service it immediately so I can enjoy the resr of my day, great effcient service and friendly knowledgable staff.
Went to fix a flat tire, the service was quick which is great, however the quality of the replacement tube is terrible. In 3 days the tube valve started leaking air, it was very disappointing

I recently purchased a classic ski package from Velotique, and was served by Rob when I got to the shop. Hands-down best service I have received for Nordic skis, and Rob was very good to point out different options so I could either upgrade my package or not. Never was there pressure to spend more money, and when I asked about upgrade options they were always answered with good information so that I could make an informed choice. The quality of nordic ski knowledge at this store is second to none!
Absolutely amazing bike shop. Super friendly and knowledge staff. Truly passionate staff who want to make sure you love your bike as much as they do. Just got the Bombtrack Hook Ext and the experience was great. Dave helped me out. Even though he was super busy, he still had time to bike nerd out with me (meant as the highest honour). Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
