This is definitely a place you should avoid. A few months ago, my bike went flat. I took it in to get a pump, and when they added too much air, it exploded right in front of me. And he shamelessly blamed me. He charged $80 for the new tire.
I am VERY pleased with Ya Bikes. Met with Liam when I walked in the door and he's the person who fixed my bike (new tube, couldn't figure out what happened with the old one but, oh well). Very professional, really nice young man and I don't care that I had to pay cash (I always carry cash). SO HAPPY. the repair was done in just over one hour
John was extremely helpful in assessing a serious problem I had with a carbon fibre frame and didn’t even charge me for it. Straight forward and most excellent service.

Recently brought tire in for flat repair. While the repair was done without issue, the owner got upset when I asked him for assistance in putting the chain back on the wheel. He said he charged extra for that and seemed very unpleasant. For this reason, I will be finding another bike repair shop.
