I visited this store today. The way how consultant communicate is impressive. Nobody pressed on me to buy dress. At the same time they were giving honest opinion and nice service. I did not say yes but I love place and behaviour
Penny was my consultant at the Off Rack store and they had some amazing options! Also Penny was just fantastic all around! Really knows her craft and makes you feel beyond special. I ended up getting 1 dress from this store and another one from the main store and loved having multiple dresses to change into at my wedding. Thank you Penny!
I had an amazing visit here today. I booked and appointment for my mom and I to come in and take a look. Mya was our dedicated associate and was welcoming, professional and attentive. She gave us space when we needed it, guidance when we asked and was really great with suggestions. Penny, also assisted us and was so sweet. I would reccomend this place with confidence, the selection is impressive, but having staff that knows their products so well makes all the difference! Don't pass up the opportunity to stop by!
Went with my sister in law to look at wedding dresses, She said yes to the dress here! They have a wide selection of dresses and the ladies who helped us were super sweet. Felt very comfortable:) Best experience we had while dress shopping!
I can’t express how much I regret shopping here. Mya convinced me I could alter a dress that is a size 14 down by two size. She didn’t inform me how exorbitantly expensive and difficult that would be. I’ve spent nearly $2,000 altering it and I can’t get it exactly how I want it to be. If they cared about their customers, they wouldn’t convince them to buy a dress that is so not their size. I’m out more than $5,000 now on this dress and don’t know what to do with it. When I emailed the shop after I saw a tailor about how much it would cost, they just ignored me.
I had visited so many bridal stores and explored several luxury designers before randomly walking into Ave22 with my mom when she was visiting from out of the city to try on a few dresses I had seen online, honestly not expecting to find anything I loved. Mya was the bridal consultant who helped me, and she was absolutely amazing! She was thorough, patient, and took the time to walk me through all the possible alterations. Thanks to her, I found the most perfect dress. I hadn’t planned on buying a gown off the rack (and was slightly against it), but I was completely blown away by a stunning gown at an incredible price point. Thank you, Mya, you were so kind, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional at what you do. I can’t recommend Mya more to any bride visiting Ave22 Off the Rack!
