Bought my dress here ? The salesperson, Calina, was so nice, and really helped bring my vision to life. The store has more dresses than is posted online, so I was able to find the perfect one. When I had to rebook due to the weather, the team was so understanding, and the experience I had was just lovely throughout.

Grateful for their organized website that sorts dresses by size so you can pre-select which dresses to try. Prices are very reasonable and it seems the good ones go fast, so book your appointment asap - 3 of the ones I had selected were sold by the time I went. Definitely recommend you know your wedding dress size before coming (different from street size!) as you're only allowed to try on dresses within your size range. As mentioned in other reviews, be prepared to walk barefoot and strip down as you're not allowed to put the dress on yourself. While I understand this is to protect the dresses not everyone might be comfortable with this so be just aware. Overall experience was ok, they had limited selection in my size when I visited so I didn't get to try on much. Staff were very straightforward so don't expect the bridal shop warmth you find elsewhere. Proceeds go to cancer charity though so 5 stars for the good cause! :)

It was a weird experience I had no experience dress shopping and didn't know what to expect, but I definitely didn't anticipate undressing in front of my friends in the main area (shielded by dress racks). I felt vulnerable standing exposed while dresses were being brought over and set up. Halfway through my appointment, my friend noticed a robe behind the mirror and asked if I could use it. Excited for the appointment, we arrived a few minutes early (3 minutes); the salesperson quickly reminded us that we only had 60 minutes. Throughout the appointment she asked us for the time and reminded us how much time we had left. She could have checked the time herself on her phone or computer, but instead she asked one of us to check the time every 5-10 minutes. When we had 15 minutes left, she said I could try on one more dress, but to "make it fast". We left before the hour was up, we all felt like we were an inconvenience and we were bummed out about the experience. I've been told that my experience isn't how most bridal shops behave, but I'm probably just going to get a dress online. On a positive note, there were some nice dresses, parking was convenient, and wait times for an appointment weren't bad.

An overdue review! I got married in fall 2021 wearing a dress that I purchased at The Brides' Project. (My MOH was also wearing one of their lovely tulle skirts!) The experience was wonderful. I loved that I could determine my size ahead of time (by waist measurement, not inconsistent dress sizes!!) and "shop" the collection online, determining which dresses I wanted to see during my appointment. At the appointment itself, staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about dresses, accessorizing, and alterations. They made the process so smooth - even during a pandemic! (I visited in March 2021.) I even got to connect with my dress's original owner, which was just icing on the (wedding) cake! If you're getting married, highly recommend shopping and/or donating your dress here!

I was a non-traditional bride looking for a cost-effective way to ethically feel fancy on my big day while still feeling like myself all without breaking the bank. The moment I saw this robe online on The Brides' Project, I fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for; Bridal without the dress. The train even took the place of the veil. And to make things even better, there was a matching Men's blouse, unifying our wedding looks. Thanks so much to the folks at Brides' Project for making my day so perfect!

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! THE STAFF PERSUADES ME TO BUY A WEDDING DRESS WITH LIES AND TRAPS! I had a very disappointing experience in this place. I told the staff that I had a very rush time as the wedding would be in the next week, so that I felt worrisome about the alternation. She told me at least three times that I don't need to worry about the alternation because I only need very basic ones and I could pay some rush fees to get it done. I trusted them because they are more experience than me. Before I finished the payment and got the receipt from them, they refused to tell me that this is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They also covered the non-refundable notice on the receipt with my credit card payment receipt. After I paid for the dress, I immediately called the alteration stores, but they all told me that it is impossible to get the alternation done in that rush no matter how simple it is. I went back to the store and told them the issue. They refused to resolve the problem and said that those are all my fault. I SHOULD HAVE CALLED FIRST! But it is their staff who told me that I don't need to worry about the alterations. They not only refused to tell me that this dress is non-refundable and non-exchangeable but also covered the notice about this. So I end up with a dress that I can't wear on my wedding. I later talk to someone else, and they do find a dress that fit me perfectly. But I cannot afford for a second one. I really want to write this down to let everyone who reads this review know. Please do not trust them and do not come to this stroe!

The dresses were beautiful and I appreciate the concept of the store but we didn’t feel welcome walking in the door and felt like we were a burden to the girl working. Maybe she was just having an off day but we didn’t feel comfortable and it didn’t seem like she was in the slightest happy to have us their

Hi Robin. I am so sorry that you had that experience here. That's not what I want for this place at all. Since day one I've wanted this to be a friendly, warm and welcoming place for everyone. On that note, we've had a complete change of staff since your visit, and I think if you came in now it would be a very very different experience. Helen Sweet (founder)
