HORRIBLE! I had them make ME A MOTHER OF THE BRIDE DRESS. WE FLEW TO TORONTO 4 TIMES TO HAVE THE DRESS MADE. THE QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE!! THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON BEING THE BEST AND THEY CERTAINLY ARE NOT. THE STRAPS ON MY DRESS WERE MISPLACED. They kept SLIDING OFF MY SHOULDER ALL NIGHT. THE DRESS HAD BONING AT THE WAIST WHICH ENDED UP COMPLETELY BENT AND OUT OF SHAPE AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR OF WEARING IT. THEY PUT BRA CUPS IN WHICH KEPT POPPING UP AND OUT OF THE DRESS. THE PHOTOGRAPHER HAD TO TRIM THEM! PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING A DRESS THERE! THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND THEY ARE NOT WORTH PRICETAG!

I’ll genuinely miss being welcomed into such a beautiful and uplifting space. Diana, my stylist, made me feel like a true princess every step of the way. With just one inspiration photo, she completely brought my vision to life. What began as a simple gown transformed into three unique, stunning looks – each one more dainty, classy, and breathtaking than the last. She went above and beyond, and I felt so deeply cared for throughout the entire process. She really made the experience so incredibly special for me, and I will always remember this beautiful boutique for that! A special thank you to Catherine, their seamstress, whose talent is nothing short of magical. She was able to tailor and adjust every detail beyond my expectations – everything fit and flowed exactly how I dreamed it would. This entire journey was an absolute dream, and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Toronto for your wedding gown. Ines Di Santo is in a league of its own. ❤️
Our experience at Ines De Santo on Davenport was truly remarkable. Thank you to our lovely stylist, Diana, for helping my daughter’s vision of her perfect bridal look come to life. She looks absolutely stunning! Diana was so incredibly pleasant and helpful, from our first appointment, throughout the dress fitting appointments and right to our dress pick up. Highly recommend! A huge thank you also to the very talented Katherine, head seamstress, who was absolutely delightful, calm, soft spoken and so easy to work with, and to Derry, the store manager was always so welcoming and supportive at each of our appointments. You were all absolutely stellar! Thank you for the perfect bridal experience!
As a bride who travelled from the US to the Toronto flagship store, I would 100% recommend Ines Di Santo! The designer, as well as consultants Derry and Ally, were so helpful with choosing and styling the perfect dress. I am thankful and elated to have said Yes to Ines!
I had the most amazing experience with the staff at Ines di Santo. Diana, Derry and Katherine were incredible. It was the first store I visited when shopping for my wedding dress and although I visited a bunch after I resorted back here. I found my dream dress and with the incredible help of everyone at the store they were able to pull through an almost impossible task. I felt like I was working with friends and I felt as though they truly cared about me. They really want every bride to feel amazing and perfect and will do absolutely anything to make that happen. If anyone is looking for the most beautiful dresses do not hesitate to visit Inês di Santo. They will make your childhood dreams of being a bride become reality.
It is true. Ines Di Santo is absolutely stunning. Her personal story is inspiring, and she is an incredible designer. I really like all the dresses. I went to the Toronto flagship boutique absolutely determined to get my dress from Ines Di Santo. But I hated the customer service. I was very close to saying yes to the dress, but ultimately decided against it. The person helping me out was Diana. Do yourself a favour and immediately ask for someone else if you are assigned to Diana. She had a very demeaning attitude. She kept pushing me to make a decision. She showed me several sample sale items. First, she made it sound like she was doing me a favour by showing me several items that no one else had access to. Second, she kept telling me the prices before I tried them on. I wanted to say yes to the dress not the price so this was really not helpful and it also prevented me from really liking the dresses. She would also keep saying she cannot hold items for me, but I never asked her to. And when I went back she even said she held a dress for me because I was coming back and again tried to pressure me. It was really an unfortunate situation. I was too shy to ask for another person to help me so I walked away. I really disliked my experience and I do not think it has anything to do with Ines Di Santo. I was just very unlikely with the customer service.
