I had a rough idea in my head for a custom floral dress and she help co-create the vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. The process was not only smooth and easy, but FUN and completely stress-free! It's clear Vanessa is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her clients. She's a true artist with an incredible eye and attention to detail, she's a fantastic listener and always made me feel at ease even when I went back and forth on different decisions, and suggested ideas that made the dress so much better (like removable off-the-shoulder straps!). I had such a wonderful experience at Lea-Ann Belter Bridal in Toronto, and it was all thanks to Vanessa and her team. From my very first appointment, she made me feel so at ease. I was a bit nervous going in, but she was so warm and down-to-earth that I immediately felt comfortable and taken care of. When my mam flew over from Ireland to help me pick the dress, Vanessa went out of her way to make the day really special for us. That meant so much to me, especially being away from home during such a big moment in my life. Vanessa is a total perfectionist in the best way. She worked with me to create a custom gown using the top of one dress and the bottom of another—and it turned out even better than I imagined. She added buttons and made sure every single detail was just right before I flew back to Ireland. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I got married in April and honestly felt incredible in my dress. It was everything I had hoped for. I’ll never forget how lovely and thoughtful Vanessa was throughout the whole process. If you're looking for a bridal experience that feels personal, relaxed, and truly special, I can’t recommend her enough and her shop xx

OH MY GOODNESS; BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I cannot thank Vanessa enough. A stylist who brings your blurry vision to life and cares about you, not just the sales? A DREAM! I've been to many stores, and she was the only one who was not all about "selling" the dress. Not only that, but she knew what I was looking for even when I, myself, did not know. Best stylist ever with the best dresses. I was feeling so exhausted and lost looking at all these white dresses every shop offers, wondering if that "feeling THE one" is even real. She made it real. Where is a 100 star button, Google?!

Vanessa (Bridal Specialist) is an expert at what she does and is genuinely invested in helping you find the dress that feels right for you. This shop is leaps and bounds above other bridal stores in terms of customer service and shopping experience. There are plenty of styles to choose from as well. Look no further! Update: I'm now married and loved every minute of my experience with Vanessa at Lea Ann Belter. Vanessa makes sure the dress fits absolutely perfectly for the day.
