I've been admiring the dresses in the window of this shop for years and am so happy that I ended up buying my wedding dress here. Amanda was so kind during my appointments, I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I brought some family members to my 2nd appointment and even though one of them was very opinionated and grumpy, Amanda handled it with patience and ensured we still had a good experience. I was specifically interested in the sample sale dresses and was impressed with the wide selection. The prices were super reasonable. (My dress cost less than $1,000) I had visited a few other stores before this and Becker's was by far the best experience. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience here. Amanda was amazing, knowing what dresses to pick that suited my daughter's tastes and size. It was a lovely, quiet, relaxed space for all 6 of us to share this special experience. Amanda let my daughter try on many dresses, although Amanda's second dress was the winner! Thanks so much! Great pricing as well.
I had a great shopping experience at Becker’s. They had an excellent selection, especially for a smaller budget (my preferred price range was under $3k). Liyat was so helpful and patient at my appointment, and I never felt like she was pushing me or trying to oversell me. I did end up buying my dress at Becker’s and I absolutely loved the style I chose. The dress I chose was a Barbra Allin style which is made in-house by Becker’s seamstress (Tulip). Unfortunately — and the reason for the 3-star review — my dress was not made to the standard I would expect for a dress costing over $2000. My primary issue is that the boning on the bodice was COMPLETELY crooked. When I went to pick up the dress in store, I felt like it looked lopsided in the mirror but couldn’t place exactly what was wrong. The store employees measured the bodice from the top to bottom on both sides while I was wearing it, and told me it was not lopsided because it was the same length on both sides, and perhaps it just looked that way because of the lighting in the store. It wasn’t until I went to my first alterations appointment that I realized that the reason the bodice looks lopsided is because the boning (which is visible on the outside of the dress and a main visual element of the bodice) was angled very differently on each side of my torso. I am not a nitpicky person, but the discrepancy was quite obvious, and I was very upset to see such a major error in such an expensive dress. I ended up spending $1000 on alterations, and my tailor was still not able to make it perfectly even because there was not enough material to spare in the seams of the bodice. It looked a lot better, but it still looks a tiny bit lopsided in pictures and that makes me sad. While I had a great experience shopping at Becker’s, I could not recommend a dress made by their Barbra Allin brand.
I had the most amazing experience at Becker's Bridal! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported in such a special and exciting way. Liyat was absolutely incredible, she truly listened to what I liked and was so committed to helping me find the perfect dress. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine care made the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. Finding my wedding dress here was such a joyful and memorable experience, and I’m so grateful to Liyat for making it perfect. I was extremely nervous at the start of this appointment. Everyone always told me that you just know when you put on the dress that it is your wedding dress. So, coming into this appointment (after trying a few other places), I was scared that I was being too picky or not going to have that feeling. Liyat made all of those fears go away. We talked about what I liked and what I was hoping for. She made my life harder (in a good way) as she found several dresses that I had envisioned/didn't think even existed. At the end of the appointment, I had found the dress and had the feeling everyone described. There are no words to describe how much I appreciate Liyat and the selection at Becker's Bridal. I highly recommend them when searching for your dress!
The service consultant is good at her job, very persuasive. There are some sample gowns available but in the back of the store. Not crazy amount of variety. Only one room to try on your wedding dress. So it is by appointments only.
