You are in good hands if Jasmine takes care of you. I couldn't give the boutique five stars because I found that the other staff were not very good. The woman was not helpful and told me something looked good on me when it was clear that it didn't . Jasmine was great. I really like the dress I chose to wear to the formal wedding. Jasmine suggested different ways to wear the dress. She was helpful and very friendly. AND I was REALLY impressed when I received an email following up to ask how the event was (with details that I had provided two months prior). Now that is great customer service!
I was shopping for a dress for my daughter’s wedding. It was a black-and-white theme and all guest, including the bridal party had to wear black. So I had some limitations. I visited a few bridal stores in the city and narrowed my choices down to a few dresses, but decided to try one more store, Diva Bridal Boutique. Jasmine was extremely helpful and very friendly and helped me select the perfect dress. I was incredibly happy with my selection and only had to do minor alterations, which was done by a friend. While my daughter definitely stole the show at the wedding, I was undoubtedly the runner up. In this case, as the mother of the bride, I don’t mind my daughter outdoing me, but I got rave reviews from a lot of people, and I liked what I saw in the mirror. I am ever so grateful to Jasmine for her kindness and attention to detail. My daughter and I took to her pleasant personality right away and she has been professional throughout our interactions. I would highly recommend Diva for your bridal needs.
Jasmine and Susanna have a wonderful selection of wedding gowns and evening wear. Jasmine picked the perfect reception dress that allowed me to move freely in my first dance. Thank you for making me feel beautiful on my special day!
What a terrible experience!!! My mom and her friend went in today to look for a mother of the bride dress for my wedding, with an appointment. Out of 2 dresses that she tried on, she liked one of them. As Lucy was going to get more, my mom turned to her friend and said that she wanted to narrow down a few and then make another appointment to go back with me so I could help her decide. As soon as Lucy heard that, she told my mom she couldn't try on anymore dresses today but could try them all when she came back. Excuse me??? What kind of place is this?? My mom has a pretty high budget for this dress and was prepared to spend it at this store. Needless to say, we won't be back.
Lucy is very good helpful and patient very good customer service. Susana has very bad service with her worker being disrespectful and impulsive with her worker. Disappointed
Extremely bad service. I went in there having somewhat of an expectation. They asked for our sizes through email before arriving. We are 3 people. They told us they’d prepare some stuff to try and there was nothing! They made us look around on our own. I am a size 14 and I wanted to try on a size 18 dress. She insisted that it wont fit me and that the dress is very small and kept telling me I can’t try it on. I insisted that I wanted to try it. Before I even put the dress on she started yelling at me and telling me “no! No! No! Take it off take it off I knew it won’t fit.” Those where her exact words. Also the style of the dresses are so old don’t expect to find anything new. Extremely disappointed. I wish I can give a 0 star.
Horrible Service! We came from far away, had an appointment and when we go there the staff was rude. They told us our appointment was for a bridal consultation which understandably was booked wrong, we needed bridesmaids dresses. They were not willing to accommodate us what so ever. We asked if we could look around because we had come so far and they gave us again a hard time because we didn't have an appointment! I have never seen such bad service and not willing to accommodate us.
