I am so incredibly grateful to the team at Chic Bridals. I came to them 10 days before my wedding in distress after receiving a botched custom dress from a different designer. I was hopeless and I truly thought I was going to have to walk down the aisle in a dress I hated. Immediately the team pulled together to help me find a dress off the rack. Ife was a literal angel and made my experience so wonderful. She calmed me and reassured me that we would find the dress. She was patient with me and pulled all of the options based off of my style for me to try. She was honest with what alterations would or would not be possible in our time sensitive situation, but never once told me I would need to settle or compromise my vision. I also had the pleasure of working with Noor, who helped me match my vision to one of her designs. The magic didn’t stop there - in just 7 days Nahid transformed my off the rack dress into the custom design of my dreams adding in every detail I asked for to absolute perfection. Nahid added a full sleeve and back to my dress as well as extended my train - making it look completely seamless. Ife, Nahid & Noor turned an absolute nightmare into a truly amazing experience. Lucy helped me finalize my alterations and made sure my dress was absolutely perfect for my wedding day. The attention to detail of the team, and the level of care they have for their brides is unmatched to ANY bridal store I’ve been to (and trust me I’ve literally been to them all). Most places would have closed the door on me and the situation I was in, but not Chic Bridal! I also want to say thank you to Gabrielle who helped my sister find her dress two years ago and now also being a part of my journey! A few months ago, Gabriela helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience that I had and I appreciated her expertise throughout. Gabriela was attentive to my taste and what I was looking for, while also showing me options that I couldn’t have imagined feeling beautiful in. I don’t know where to start. The Chic Bridals team are the most incredible people to work with. Their energy, knowledge, and passion is truly something beautiful to be part of. Rita, my Bridal Specialist/Consultant was so patient, kind, and just full of energy. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. You have to go see her! Noor, the designer, best person you could ever meet. You simply want a dress from Chic Bridals because of Noor! She is so involved and you can truly see her love for what she does. I also have to mention Ife, even though we had a quick confirmation call, I could feel her energy over the phone which always helps the excitement! This is THE place to buy your dress, so, naturally, I said yes! Overall: You have to go here - the dresses, the team, the energy, the everything. This is the place to be!
Ife is the best person at this store. If you get a consult with her you will not be disappointed. Period. She eats down every time. She made me feel gorgeous in my dress and she gave me and my maid of honour all the tips and tricks that we needed to succeed on my special day!!! Love you girly
Loved my experience getting my wedding dress from here! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole team has such a cheerful energy. The store’s atmosphere feels so positive and inclusive it really made the experience special I would definitely recommend going there if you’re searching for your dream wedding dress they have beautiful dresses and they are very accommodating!!
This place was absolutely amazing! Ife was superb and understood my idea and vision. She was upfront and transparent about customization, timeline and really considered my budget limit when figuring out my dream dress.
