I had a great experience at Felichia Bridal. Nicole was very professional and helpful, and the store has a beautiful selection of dresses with unique designs. During my second visit, Christie was super friendly, made me feel really welcome, and showed me some truly lovely options. Out of all the bridal stores I visited, Felichia was definitely the best experience. I would highly recommend it.

We had the most wonderful experience at Felichia Bridal, thanks to our consultant, Kristine. From the moment we walked in, she created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. She instantly made us feel special. Kristine was incredibly accommodating and never made us feel rushed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and so attentive to every detail. The bride was nervous going in, but Kristine made her feel comfortable, celebrated, and truly cared for. As the maid of honor, it meant everything to me knowing she was in such good hands. I loved every minute of my experience here - from browsing to buying to fitting to alterations - up until the morning of my wedding day. My weight fluctuated between the time I ordered the dress and did my second fitting, but thankfully I had time to spare and the seamstress was extremely generous with her time and patience as we did a few rounds of alterations (which I paid for FYI). So imagine my horror on my wedding day when my mother (whose hand you see in the photos) noticed the uneven edges and the dress literally gaping open at the seams around the waist, where the bulk of the alterations were made. Thank god I had some thread and a needle on hand, otherwise I would've been without a wedding dress on my wedding day. I contacted the store after the wedding and sent photos and a detailed description. The owner then called me and proceeded to berate me on the phone, refused to refund even the cost of the alteration, and claimed he would go investigate (implying I was exaggerating or lying). It's been nearly a year - I never heard from him again. To future brides: I highly recommend carefully inspecting the seamstress' work after each alteration well before your big day!
I fell in love with Felichia Bridal back in 2020 but then decided to postpone our wedding to 2023 which meant I'd be restarting the whole process because I wasn't able to make a decision in 2020. Kennedy was my original consultant and she was amazing but she has since left when I restarted my process. Location + Boutique: The shop has moved to a new location and the boutique itself is really nice. Lots of accessories and veil options as well! And easier to find parking compared to their downtown location. Dress Selection: Their dress collection is stunning but it's not for me. Lots of minimalistic, boho, airy, modern and princess vibes. I'm definitely more of a bride who loves glam, glitz and sparkle. I don't think this shop is best for that. There IS those options but not enough. I kept being told that if there was a dress online that I really liked they could order one in but then how would I know how it fits and that also takes quite a bit of time to come in? Service: I restarted my journey finding my dress Nov 2022 when I saw they had a Black Friday sale. When I came to this appointment… I was NOT notified that my consultant had called in sick and that the owner would be helping me out. Had I known, I'd honestly would have rescheduled but I was already there… There's nothing wrong with getting helped by him but it's just not what I agreed upon originally. My next appointment was January 2023 for their Essence of Australia trunk show and February 2023 for the Martina Liana show. They cancelled my Martina appointment without asking me about it first so I had to get back to them to tell them to keep it for the trunk show. These little things just make the whole process really frustrating. I went to my January 2023 appointment I just knew I wasn't going to be purchasing my dress here. The lack of service just threw me off. Maybe it's because it was the first day of the trunk show and they were still preparing, or new location / staffing issue, OR I've visited so often they're annoyed? Either way, it's a business and I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering them.
