Worst coco location. The guy working there was beyond aloof and rude - overcharging on drinks and can’t even listen properly while taking orders. Do better.
I've been coming to this location for years, it's always clean, the staff are always pleasant and I have never had any issues coming in with my service dog. Their teas always tastes great and they accept reusable cups. Coco is the best!
They have red bean topping which goes very well with matcha milk tea. Most CoCo stores in town don’t carry red bean topping in spite of posting on menu.
I love coco’s - this location in particular. Been coming here daily since early pandemic. The staff here are friendly and polite. The black tea macchiato and the baristas are the best!
Regular BBT drinker here, and coco is my go to. However, this location is the WORST coco I have ever been to. The BBT tastes extremely diluted compared to all other coco locations I frequent, I even saw the employees topping up my drink with a large amount of water rather than tea. You are charging $7 for a drink, why are you cheaping out on tea? This is a shame because I live close to this location but my family have to drive out to the Don Mills and downtown coco if we want quality BBT. I will be filing a complaint on this location with coco head office. I feel offended because coco is my favorite brand and all other locations are so good. Double thumbs down on this location. Visited on May 20 around noon.
I ordered a poke bowl. It was supposed to be buy one get one free, but I was only delivered one. I’ve called the restaurant five times now and nobody’s picked up. I am not impressed. I don’t suggest ordering from this place unless you want to be ripped off as well.
The white grape slush was $8.50 for a large before tax. I just thought, I love grapes! And I ordered it. Upon further research on the site, it comes with crystal pearls (I had a hard time figuring out what the heck they were. They just felt like weird gummies that have been left out for a few days but have been reboiled to maintain some kind of chewiness, but the most bizarre part is that they had no flavour whatsoever. I was eating “crystal pearls” with strange textures and a lack of flavour.) Needless to say the crystal pearls really ruined it for me. I did enjoy the slush part, and the addition of the yoghurt was really random but I didn’t hate it. Really small location with a different poke store near the back area. They don’t even have a garbage can for customers, just a orange tray that acts as a garbage can. The cashier had nice skin!
