I went to this location around 9 PM today, and the cashier (guy) was very rude and rushed me while I was ordering. He even looked upset. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand how important it is to treat customers with respect, and this behavior was very disappointing. I really love this Coco location, but this experience has let me down. I hope the staff can improve their attitude in the future.
I ordered Large mango Yakult as they do not have any smaller size. Not only it tastes bqd but also its 90% water and no real mango. So I bought $9 water with artificial mango flavour. Will never visit there again. Such a irresponsible juice seller.
The servers were good. My Complaint is the paper straw and cup. You cannot see what you’re drinking and the straw becomes so flimsy after 10 mins… the tapioca can no longer pass through…. Very disappointed how they switched to this new straw and cup route.
Good beverages. Chocolate slush was out of this world! But the service was below average. Not all of them, but the one who was at the counter when we were looking at the menu trying to decide was really rude. She seemed to be very eager to go in and have a chit chat with her colleagues and was upset at us for not deciding sooner.
Ordered a brown sugar pearl latte.. when I got home I found out it was just milk and sugar. Went with going back to fix it. Place is clearly panicked during a rush and it affects their ability to create correctly. Likely a management issue. Update for response: I understand the latte series is made with fresh milk, my point is it was literally just milk and sugar. There were no pearls or flavoring at all, It wasn't even brown sugar or with ice. I had a plain white warm drink with sugar in it. My order was made on March 22nd around 6 pm.
差到极致的服务，要是没这么生气我都懒得来写这条留言。从doordash上点餐，因为没有看到qq这个topping，所以想打电话问店员现在qq还有没有货。店员说有，我们问能不能点相同价格的topping然后留言换成qq，店员却说不行，因为她觉得I’m not paying for it 莫名其妙，而且全程非常rude，一直说让我换uber上点餐？？我用什么平台还要你管吗？到最后跟我说她很忙直接就给我挂了，恶心死了（之前去门店的时候我们就问过店员这种情况该怎么办，他说可以给他们打电话问下qq有没有货，有的话就给换。这次这个女店员简直刷新三观，态度差到极致。我们全程好好说话，然后她全程语无伦次）
Cups had cracks on bottom and leaked all over the car. Took several months of back and forth, but finally got a refund for the cracked and leaking cups. I would suggest CoCo fresh invest in some sturdier cups.
