Honestly great service Cruz and Rahman were both assisting me with purchasing a new phone and switching my phone plan over to one that better suited my needs helping and guiding me through the entire process! Best in the business over at the Duffrin mall Best Buy mobile! 10/10
Dominic is a king!!! A few days ago my phone got stolen and I went into the store to pick up a phone that I ordered online (the last phone that they had in store with the black friday discount). Dominic was SO patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out what I had to to to access and recover my information. Helped me with calling the bank and getting the right numbers to call, helped me with getting my number back from my phone provider within MINUTES. I was in the store for almost two hours trying to figure everything out and he was with me at all times doing his best to make sure that I got my phone. Overall a great experience with him. Great service and even better person. Please give him a BIG CHRISTMAS BONUS!!!!!!
This team is INCREDIBLE. There are *three* stores that sell Bell phones/plans in Dufferin Mall, I went to ALL of them - the team (Dominic!!!) not only got me the best possible deal on my phone and plan, but also stayed with me for over 2h trying to back up my old phone while it glitched out. We saved EVERYTHING and brought my phone bill down almost $30 after comparing all the possible options... These guys are wizards, champions, and also very nice patient people. Soooo grateful to Dominic!! (BTW if you're reading this, I *did* get the WhatsApp backup to work!!! You're an angel!!)
I had the best experience at this store, thanks to Assistant Store Leader Cruz. There was an equally helpful sales associate who I'd like to acknowledge, but I forget his name. I wanted a new phone through my Freedom Mobile plan, and Cruz walked me through the entire process. I didn't realize Besty Buy could do this, and Cruz was an expert at getting me the best deal on both a plan, and the accessories I need. Cruz is extremely knowledgeable and provides some of the best customer service I've ever received; it was a pleasure. I will definitely return, and refer others to this store. Thank you.
