I took my phone to him to fix it, he did a shity job , I went back immediately, he ok to fix it at fist, I left my phone with him multiple times and the last times my back glass was crack which he fixed in the first place and he was refusing to fix it. I do not recommend him at all!
After they scammed me, I contacted them to see if they could make things right, but they ignored my message and didn’t pick up my calls. Horrible business owner. This mall has so many other tech stores that you could go to!! AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS
Seriously don’t go here!! They charged me $85 for two phone cases, two screen protectors and a charging cube. I could’ve gotten that on amazon for half the price. They buy their stuff from other stores, seriously they are huge scammers dont go here. The screen protector also wasn’t put on correctly and they still charged me full price, one of the phone cases also slides off, there are many other tech stores in toronto that are better deserving of your money!! I’m also a teenager and they took advantage of that because they knew I wouldn’t haggle about the money.
This guy sold me a samsung with a apple logo on the back and tricked me into thinking it was a iphone and also he sells fake airpods and he manipulates people for plans and sells plans for 40$ extra and also he swears at people for no reason and he buys everything and uses it first badly and then sells it as refurbished.
Mr khan talk alot, aggressive but care about his clients. As a customer i always like asking him alot of questions. He always guide me even if it is not in his favor. Thank you for fixing my issues.
Rude. Bad customer service.. manipulates.. lies to the customers.. have seen him argue with customers at multiple times.. like he thinks it's his own house while dealing in this business...
