I want to switch plans because I'm paying 65 dollars a month for 30gb when they have a plan for 100gb for 50. First of all I don't know why you guys punk ppl off like that. You ripping me off and don't even inform me of a better deal. But the real reason why you got 1 star is becasuee when I try to log into my account it says , it doesn't recognize my number. So then I think why don't I try to sign up and see if it let's me do that. Put my number in on the sign up page and it tells me that the number is indeeed in the system. I waiting on hold for 45 mins until 8pm and you hung up on me. You guys are giving me a credit for that. I feel sorry for which ever in store person who has to deal with me at 10 am tomorrow morning. PULL UP!
