Terrible service. The guy running the shop had the doors locked 15 minutes before close. I get it, it's the end of the day, but change your store hours if you don't want to work till 8PM. When the guy finally let me in the store, I explained that all I needed was a new SIM card, as I lost mine. I got told that the store had "reached its limit for how many SIM cards they could sell today." The guy thought I was stupid enogh to believe that garbage. I went to Telus and had it done there. I'll soon be leaving this company.
Bought a charger from this place, charger does not work Edit - to answer the owner’s question, I bought it January 21, 2025, used it for not even a day and it broke

The worst one. After more than 10 years with them went to Europe for 3 1/2 months, payed one month extra after being told that will keep my number and after return on the airport I tried to pay my bill, just to be told that my number is not existing any more. Whole week after that I tried to talk to customer service ( waiting time is between 90 and 130 minutes!) to explain that my whole life is attached to that numer. After second conversation I was told that manager is going to call me back after providing my home phone number. To this day it hasn't happened yet, even thou promise was made exactly one week ago!
The worst cell phone shop hiking while in comfort I have ever had to deal with. They sold me a gray market cell phone at an exorbitant price that broke down with in 2 weeks of purchase and was told that there's nothing Charter can do. They are just affiliates. They're not really employees of chatter yet. I received a chatter receipt Bill and paid them a lot of money to be given a gray market phone that broke down in less than a month and in need of a repair and replacement. Do not buy anything from this store. In fact, cancel chatter out for everybody , everywhere....
