Terrible service! Went to put in a screenguard and the person fit it but with multiple dust particles and fooled us saying it’ll go away in a day or two and that it is glue. Been a week but no change!

Ash is such a wonderful shopkeeper. I much prefer dealing with him than anyone with Rodgers or Chatr. He sold me a refurbished iPhone for a very competitive price and I am extremely pleased with it. He included all the accessories I needed. I really appreciate the service he provides.

Very cordial and funny gentleman. He gave me a discount. Very honorable guy. He is very efficient & knowledgeable. Also, he helped a blind customer and showed him respect with patience.

I went there for Passport photos. The guy at the counter made wrong photos. I got to know that when I went to Service Canada and they verified that my photos were of wrong specifications. Went to the store and there was another guy this time, Imran, who was polite and corrected the error.

Excellent service for my citizenship photo. Very well responsive all round and reasonably price for a terrific job. Would come again. Associate Riham serves customers very well and efficiently

Imran and his team are horrible. I went their to have my computer fixed and while I was talking to his employee with Imran on speaker phone away from the store, I found him to be condescending and down right devoid of customer service skills. Also I notice he is always trying to upsell you into buying his used stuff in lieu of fixing what you came to fix. Stay away from them. I will never step in their store again.

Apologies Joseph. The store was in the middle of renovation and we didnt have any computer repair tools to work with. So we couldnt help you. We were only doing limited services that time. Hence, we mentioned we can only do the repair after few days. Sorry we couldnt help you right away. We will do better next time.

I bought an iPhone and a MacBook Pro along with some accessories over the last few years. To date everything is working nice and smooth. 5 Star for the price and great service.
