I had my cell phone fixed here and I couldn’t be happier! The people treat you so nicely, the service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve already recommended them to my family and friends — go try them, you won’t be disappointed!
Came about 3 weeks ago to get my iPhone 11 battery replaced they fixed my problem the battery was working awesome the only downfall was my phone started to open apps and doing stuff on its own. I didn't come back to fix it because I was so upset that now it was another problem so I decided to go to Apple and the ran a diagnostic test on my iPhone and I found out I needed a new display screen because mine was damaged and they also replaced the battery as well so I ended up paying $430 to fix my phone plus the $70 for my first battery replacement I did here

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING. Unpleasant experience in this place. They have no experience in phone repair and the customer service is very bad. I had a bad time in that place. I went to repair my phone due to water filtration damage and they left my phone a lot but what it was, I went for a refund and to have them change to my original screen. I took it to another professional technician and he actually told me that everything they did was wrong, the damage to my phone was only the screen but when they "repaired it" they also damaged my Face ID and other things that were in full working order, they also removed parts originals of my device. Very rude to customers. They are two twin sisters who serve (Johana is kind) but the other is very offensive, rude and discriminatory. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Desagradable experiencia en este lugar. No tienen experiencia en reparación de celulares y la atención al cliente es muy mala. Pase un mal rato en ese lugar. Fui a reparar mi celular por un daño de filtración de agua y dejaron mi celular mucho pero de lo que estaba, fui por un reembolso y que cambiaran a mi pantalla original. Lo llevé con otro técnico profesional y efectivamente me dijo que todo lo que hicieron estuvo mal, el daño de mi celular solo era la pantalla pero cuando “lo repararon” también dañaron mi Face ID y otras cosas que estaban en total funcionamiento, ademas quitaron piezas originales de mi dispositivo. Muy groseros con los clientes. Son dos hermanas gemelas que atienden (Johana es amable) pero la otra es muy ofensiva, grosera y discriminatoria.
