Scammed by grandmother. She got a plan for her phone. And then was given another SIM card , she didn’t understand why she got 2. turns out they set up a iPad plan that she didn’t know about and she does not have a iPad. Beware of this place it’s not a legit Roger’s.
It's our first time in this establishment. Store is secured which helps alot to process transaction with comfort. Staffs are polite and accomodating. Thank you sir Kevin for expertly assisting us with our concerns last Saturday (Dec 6th) which really gave us relief (clearing the chaos in our minds) and for giving us confectionery (chocolate for my kid). Hope to be under your care again in the future .
Not a good place to do business… we are next on line and took us almost 2 hours of waiting…. Took the 2 sales associates too long to finish their transaction …. What a service …. And don’t even have a bench to sit …. U have to stand that long …we came here around 12noon and still we are here 3:15pm .
No seats Not enough people working Three customers standing around waiting Had to wait outside in the rain and knock on the door for someone to pay attention And let us in even though it’s very obvious when someone is waiting outside Wait is over an hour One of the worst Roger’s stores I’ve ever been to Customer service not good - let customers ahead of us waste time with nonsense joking around. One of the male employees literally was joking around with two customers while all of us were waiting. More customers waiting at door while raining while we were inside and they were ignored. We waited for thirty minutes inside with no response or direction from any employees or apology for the wait. This store should be shut down.
I had a wonderful experience today. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and patience.
I have been with Rogers for 18 years. I have a weird experience with this store today. The rubberized part to scroll of the Rogers TV Box remote of mine got ripped. It is difficult to scroll. I talked to the rogers tech support and they asked if I could go to a store to get the remote replaced. Otherwise they would ship me a remote. I called this store and went to get the remote replaced. After going there they wanted to change me $25/. They could have checked my account. Instead they asked money from me. Thats how they grab money from clients.
I just purchased a new phone at the 1900 Eglinton ave East Rogers store. The Service was Outstanding. Aarabi Logeswaran, the Sales Lady, gave the best Customer Service that I have ever received. She was patient and so helpful with helping Me Buy a phone and helping Me set it up in store. Aarabi went above and beyond with helping Me. The Manager was very helpful also. If You are buying a new phone and or any other Rogers Products, I would definately recommend going to This store for sure.
