Yusry at Tbooth Fairview mall location is truly amazing! He was super patient with me while figuring out the best option to upgrade my phone. He looks at every detail. I am so happy with my experience and will recommend all my friends and family to him!
Worst customer service ever! I replaced a screen protector for my iPhone at this store, and they told me it came with a warranty. When I went back later for a replacement, they suddenly said I have to contact the manufacturer myself. A person named Shameem responded extremely rudely. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly recommend staying away from this place. Don’t waste your money here!
Today I was in the mall and witnessed two of your employees beraide a female courier. It was unprofessional and truly degrading. The sad thing about this it played true that east Indian men do not respect women. I've been in the mall multitude of times as I work in the mall and when I see the male couriers in the store they are not treated as such. Both TBOOTH and Wireless Wave have treated her poorly. I even attempted to call the store 4 times and could not get threw. I will be addressing this with your cooperate operations
All I wanted was to know if I can get a new SIM card with cheapest plan. The sales guy kept on asking me to give passport. I gave driving license but he still kept on asking me passport. I said u can't ask that, he said u r not giving me any other I'd, u r holding ur credit card but not giving me so i have to ask. I told him this is rude. He said I don't want to serve u. Extremely rude and atrocious behavior of an employee. I m very upset and felt very vulnerable standing in that booth.
Extremely poor service. All I wanted to know was some prepaid plan options. The staff didn't feel like talking to me. I have to ask my questions loudly to get his attention. And when answering, he is not even looking at me, as he's 'busy' with his phone. Certainly will not come back.
