I bought a phone and there was an issue with it, so I had to return it. Even though they don’t usually accept returns, they made an exception since I bought it the same day. I really appreciated the great customer service.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place earned it. I brought in a perfectly reasonable return—about 24" long, 8" square—and was told they wouldn’t accept it because it was “oversized.” Meanwhile, there were plenty of similar boxes sitting on the floor. The other reviews were right. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I’ll be reaching out to UPS about this access point.
If you need to get a laptop or computer repaired, don't come here. Both times I've come here, I've gotten time estimates only for them to drastically longer. The most recent time, I was told my laptop would be fixed on the 25th of September after dropping it off on the 20th. It ended up being "fixed" on October 6th, only for it to start to have the exact same issue on October 16th - the day in which I am posting this. They gave me a price range, and expected me to pay the maximum amount despite how long the service took. They didn't even notify me when it was done, either. I kept having to call them on multiple occasions. This is all a repeat of what happened when I got a desktop repaired by them in 2023. I can't afford to not have a laptop for this long as I am a student in full time studies. All I can say about them that is positive is that they are friendly.
They are big scammers. Listed an iphone 14 256Gb on facebook for 450$. When i called their store they told they have iphone 14 256Gb for 600$. Why you guys promoting fake listings on facebook. May be someone coming from far to get it. Be honest atleast.Dont trust these people to buy phones.
I went to the shop from Etobicoke as they said they have a great condition phone S22 Ultra but when i drove there for 30 kms , they put on dark wallpaper so that nobody knows about the display problem i by chance changed the wallpaper of the phone and came to know that the display was a fake one. They need to learn that everyone’s time is important and they should not fool people like they themselves are.
Be careful what you buy here. I bought a used iPhone 12 mini here. Comes with a one month warranty. After 2 months, the wifi button stops working and I can’t connect to wifi. It’s a hardware issue. I bring it in, but I have to pay to get it fixed. They fix it. 2 months later, the exact same issue happens. I don’t want to have the phone fixed because I fear it’s going to happen again. I ask if they’ll buy it back from me at a lower price than I paid, so I can at least get some money back. They keep saying they’ll check with the owner and then never get back to me. So I wouldn’t recommend this place. Not willing to stand by the merchandise they sell.
Bought a phone 14 within 3 weeks apparently got hacked and all my information bank account to socials all hacked would not trust this financially disadvantaged place
