I had an incredibly frustrating experience with TELUS call centre support that lasted three days. I received contradictory information from different agents, and none of it actually resolved my issue. I finally decided to go directly into the TELUS store at the Eaton Centre, and I’m so glad I did. The in-store team was absolutely phenomenal and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. A huge shoutout to Kapil M and Guneet, who truly went above and beyond to support me. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find a solution. If you’re having issues with TELUS, I highly recommend skipping the call centre and visiting the Eaton Centre location instead. This team is amazing!
had an extremely disappointing experience at the Tulus Street location today. My phone was dead in an emergency situation, so I briefly used one of the demo phone chargers just to get a bit of battery. An employee came over, grabbed the phone out of my hand, and told me I wasn’t allowed to use their charger because it was “only for demo phones. If this is how they treat people who genuinely need help, it says a lot about the customer service at this location. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be spoken to or treated this way.
I visited this store last night to change my service from another provider, and Krish P. was extremely kind and helpful. He explained everything in perfect detail and was able to find me a plan that worked for me, at the right price. His knowledge and friendliness are an asset to him & the company! Thank you, Krish!
Krish was excellent. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in an easy to understand way. He also worked quickly and diligently. I dreaded coming in but he made to experience dare I say pleasant. He was kind and super helpful.
I was experiencing issues that I couldn't resolve through Telus call service. Nathalia was so kind and friendly for helping get everything done by talking with the customer service to find the best solution. She was amazing!

Would not visit this location for anything again, short bald white guy employee is very rude and acts like he doesn't care at all. Have had no problems with any other Telus locations and employees.
