There must be something wrong with a short Asian guy in this store. He has a terrible attitude to the customer. It looks like he does not enjoy his work.

They charge $5 to charge your cell phone It was for free before. Being a Telus client for over 30 years. Staff don’t do much. Always on personal cell phones.
Truly such an amazing experience. I was so welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. The staff at this located is so helpful and and kind. I had the pleasure dealing with Richard. He was very helpful and continues to be any time I have a question or concern. I used to be with a different provider for many years and deicide to change. No regrets.
Had a fantastic experience with Andres. He was such a pleasure to deal with with, which is truly a change of pace in this industry. He took the time to understand my needs which required a delicate approach as we needed resolve a complex issue with my family plan (which he did in record time!)
