My experience far exceeded my expectations upon arrival. My Mobilist, Kunjal took great care of me. I went in thinking I knew what I should get as far as transferring from one provider to another particular one I already had it mind but he quickly advised me towards a better direction. One that benefited me a ton more than the original plan. I highly suggest going to this location and looking for Kunjal to help you with your mobile needs. I couldn't say thank you enough for his help and efforts in doing the work to finding me the right plan for the right price and even a phone I didn't think I could afford PLUS accessories to go with it. My phone was stolen and it says that it is at their store. Tried to call and understand the situation but they did not help. They said that they dont sell used phone, and cannot help. They were Also very rude WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
My daughter's phone was stolen downtown Toronto on a friday night and it 'ping' for a few minutes at this store. I know cause I checked with the coordinates and it is at this store EXACTLY. Contacted the manager and he basically told me that it's not them and that they only sell new phones etc..... I asked him to check the camera cause I had the exact time and date it was detected, on a monday 6:48 pm, but he told me they dont have access to the cameras and contact the main office. Been trying to do that in the past week and nobody calls me back. Somethings dont feel right with this place. Really not impress with their help......
