dawn is great. she knows her stuff, approachable, and quick to understand your situation. would recommend to speak her anytime over waiting 1+ hour on hold on the phone.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially Gunvir. The customer service was far more helpful than my service provider's and I was able to get the device I wanted. The unexpected cherry on top was $100 worth of PC Points :)

The shop is hidden upstairs inside the loblaws, past the checkout counters. Like other reviews said, my issue was the wait time, but it couldn't be helped by the 1 staff there who had to help several people. I had made an appointment online, but was slightly late and was preceded by other customers. When I finally talked with staff, Hossan was very polite and helpful, he seemed to really know all the options and he cares to help you pick the best options for yourself. I'll be sure to come back here for any new phone or accessories only because I know I can trust the staff's advice here
Wrong hours, shop was closed at 6:30 pm on a Monday. Talked to the people from the Loblaws information desk and they told me that 'the person from The Mobile Shop always goes home around 6 if there are no appointments'. Seriously? PS: If you call them during the day they don't pick up and their mailbox is full.
Never understood why they have these cell shops when they all answer to the carrier companies- you won't get a deal unless you sign a contract. All I am is disappointed by sales pitches and price guauging and 2 year contracts. You want my blood too?
