Uvez helped me so much that I almost cried in his store. I was struggling to package a futon I had ordered from Amazon, and he went above and beyond by helping me tape it up and spending about 40 minutes assisting both me and other customers. I was incredibly grateful for his kindness. Thank you, Puralor, for having people like him—he turned a terrible experience into something positive.
I've been to many mobile phone stores. These days they all carry similar phones from the big manufacturers. What counts is service, especially post-sale. This store exceeds expectations. They are so helpful. Big recommendation.
Extremely dissapointed. If I could give this location negative stars I would. Never give an amature a professionals job. I came in to repair a iPhone 5s phone. They charged me $100 for a faulty LCD screen and a fake battery replacement also, a few missing screws. I even gave them a few days to do it. Worst quality ever. Never again coming here. I recommend going to a professional place like mobile klinik if you ever need a phone repair. They repaired my phone in under an hour and their service and quality is excellent. This place needs to be more passionate about doing the right thing not just cheating people. Again extremely dissapointed.
